Envio aquesta proposta per al barri de Can Llobera a través d'un altre barri, perquè a la casella on hauria de triar el barri Can Llobera no hi és. He informat d'aquesta absència a l'Ajuntament mitjançant un tràmit.
La proposta és buscar una solució al fet que els fanals estan situats a una altura superior a la dels arbres de les voreres, per la qual cosa la llum queda aturada pel follatge i no arriba al vianant. El carrer a les nits és molt fosc i dona sensació de perill.
