A participatory process is a sequence of participatory activities (e.g. first filling out a survey, then making proposals, discussing them in face-to-face or virtual meetings, and finally prioritizing them) with the aim of defining and making a decision on a specific topic.
Examples of participatory processes are: a process of electing committee members (where candidatures are first presented, then debated and finally a candidacy is chosen), participatory budgets (where proposals are made, valued economically and voted on with the money available), a strategic planning process, the collaborative drafting of a regulation or norm, the design of an urban space or the production of a public policy plan.

Where we come from?
Sant Feliu de Llobregat has a history of Institutional and neighborhood claims that come from the decades of the 1980s and 1990s, where citizenship and administration have worked together to reach the great goal of achieving the burying of roads.
Finally, on January 17, 2018, the Minister of Development, Iñigo de la Serna, announced that the underground works will begin during 2019 and will be financed entirely by the Spanish Government, while establishing the agreement with ADIF.
Immediately afterwards, the Unitary Report for Undergrounding (February 2018) was reactivated, an information body created initially from the awareness that burial is a city issue and not just one or the other government, prioritizing the need for participation and access to the information of all the parties. Then, in the plenary session held on April 26, 2018, the creation of the Burial Office was approved, which will lead the coordination of all the services related to the Burial.
From May to June of the same year, an informative phase was carried out through the Dialogs for Undergrounding and several presentations were made to the public, informing the Constructive Project.
On September 25, in the Plenary Hall of the City Council, the calendar and typology of activities that will be carried out between October and December 2018 by the Public Rations cooperative are presented. These activities have the main objective of collecting citizen proposals and knowing the opinion of the citizens to decide the Sant Feliu of the future.
